⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about 2 Brothers Septic. They went above and beyond for us. After calling around and being quoted prices that were honestly an arm and a leg for the same job, 2 Brothers came through with a price that was actually affordable and fair. Not only did they show up ready to work, but they took the time to explain everything, handled the job thoroughly, and didn’t cut corners. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help truly set them apart from everyone else we contacted. If you’re looking for a septic company that cares, does excellent work, and won’t take advantage of you during a stressful situation—this is the one. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend 2 Brothers Septic.

I had a great experience with 2 Brothers Septic after dealing with a very frustrating situation where I was misled by another company. From the first call with Troy, 2 Brothers Septic was honest, professional, and straightforward. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what actually needed to be done—no pressure and no unnecessary upselling. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the work was completed correctly. After being misled by another company, it was such a relief to work with people I could truly trust. I highly recommend 2 Brothers Septic to anyone looking for reliable and honest septic service.

After several friends recommended 2 Brothers, we called on a Saturday evening and they came to our house the next morning! They came out on the weekend and got our system back up and running with no extra charge. We appreciate the quick service!!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for septic services. Based on my recent experience with 2 Brothers Septic, I strongly advise caution before booking. 2 Brothers Septic was mentioned on our Neighborhood facebook page and I chose them without shopping around, trusting the recommendation. That was a mistake. They quoted me $595 for a standard pump-out over the phone. The technician opened the tank and immediately doubled the price to $1,095, citing "how long ago it was pumped." No potential for increases were mentioned upfront, which felt like a bait-and-switch—despite their website clearly stating "no hidden fees," which is misleading and untrue. At that point my lawn had been dug up, and I was told I could pay $395 for them to close it up or $1,095 for them to finish the job, so what choice did I have? To make matters worse, they installed a new filter (at $200) without quoting me or getting my approval—I was only told about it AFTER it was done, so it was added without my consent. When I followed up via email expressing my disappointment in their lack of transparency and upfront communication, the owner explained high disposal fees in Georgia and that the tank had excess sludge, but provided no detailed breakdown despite my requests, nor did he address why the cost nearly doubled or the unauthorized filter install. Even without the filter, the pump alone was $895, far above industry averages for a routine job. The owner dismissed my concerns by boasting about his 12 years in business, his role as a real estate agent and on the Barrow County Chamber of Commerce board, and claiming "the best reviews and reputation" with only three such complaints ever (implying my issue was insignificant). BTW, if you filter on their reviews by Lowest Rating, you will see that is untrue - there are several complaints about getting quotes for X amount and then being told after the fact it will cost significantly more. He offered no resolution, just a "sorry we didn't meet your expectations." My husband and I both work in industries where we know the customers are who make us successful - we value transparency and fair practices. This experience lacked both, leaving me overcharged, and feeling taken advantage of. We won't be recommending 2 Brothers to our network. I've also already posted to our neighborhood Facebook page and unfortunately found out too late that the post for 2 Brothers was a mistake and the neighbor meant to recommend BCSeptic (Brothers Contracting and Septic) and got them confused. AND my neighbor across the street just recently had the same exact experience I did.

Two stars for very polite communications with Troy. As for the rest of it: couldn’t locate the tank (1x), then not again with a county map (2X). Had to hire a plumber to locate ($225)- ok, understand this (probably) happens sometimes. Asked them to come from the unfinished bottom of yard to avoid landscaping (easy), instead parked in my turnaround, left red clay everywhere and then turned around trailer in my sod. Found a mess when I got home; couldn’t even see the risers I had installed; dirt left everywhere. Had to spend a weekend cleaning it up. Initial quote was off by about $500. Cleaning out my 1500 gallon 7year old tank and adding risers ending up costing me almost 2 grand. When I called to question, again polite, but no help. Chose them based on reviews, so thought I’d leave my honest assessment and some before and after pics. Those other company’s must be really bad. I would suggest being present to oversee every aspect or you will be surprised.
