“I had about 120 feet of new sewer line from one building to a existing septic system. Trey and Allen explained what they were going to do and they did it very well. I also then had a new install of a toilet to the line that Trey had installed. Jake and his helper ended up doing a good job. I don’t remember the name of his helper but both men worked all day on the install. I was shocked the toilet installers arrived on site and didn’t have the materials as there was nothing out of the ordinary as it was almost a straight drop from the toilet location to the sewer line. Wide open area in the crawl space with no barriers. Some guy named Jimmy in the office who had never even seen the project told the installers that to move a drain from a sink that was ten feet from the new sewer line was going to be an additional 2500 dollars. Beside feeling the line install was over priced, 2500 dollars to make a turn and tie in a two inch water line 10 feet is just crazy. Running the sewer line and the toilet install cost almost double of the entire septic system that was installed just two years ago. There seems to be little consistency in inter communication and the manager setting a price without seeing the job makes it impossible for me to think about using this company again. I feel bad for the actual guys that came out to do the job and were caught in the middle just doing what they were told.”
