“Posting this on both Discount Septic google pages as there appears to be two different ones to leave reviews but still the same company/owners as I think it’s worth sharing my incredible experience with Mike and Selena. I was having issues with my new septic system over the winter and was referred to them by Harry’s to have my tank pump. They came out, pumped it, and pointed out concerns they observed regarding the installation of my septic tank to report back to health department. They then came back out to hot jet my delivery line for me. Then in the spring they came out when the ground was thawed to figure out why my delivery line had froze. They figured that out but then went a step further to look at my drain field and had concerns that the drain field/septic system had not been installed properly according to permit. It was such shotty work. With this being my first home and knowing absolutely NOTHING about septic systems they took it upon themselves to ADVOCATE for me and contact my county health department (discount septic is not licensed to install in my county) to voice their concerns and to have someone come out to look at everything as it seemed I was always getting the same old spiel from the county health department supervisor. Long story short…I’ve never been more satisfied with a company. They go above and beyond and advocate when most companies do not. While I don’t live in tri-city area…I was born and raised there and will always recommend them to my family and friends who live there and will ask that they do the same. A google review just doesn’t seem like enough to show my appreciation for them and the work they do. I am sure I am not the only one that’s had a great experience with them and I am certain I won’t be the last!”
