“I found Stallings after a negative experience with Septic Blue during a scheduled septic tank pumping. I am not very knowledgeable about septic tank systems, but when Septic Blue quoted me roughly $2,000 worth of repairs, it set off a few red flags and I cancelled the service. I relayed some of the information that Septic Blue had provided about urgent repairs, and the Stallings techs did their thing and saw nothing needing immediate attention. They did advise that I replace the baffle where the concrete is deteriorating, but said I could do that on the next routine pumping of the tank. Everything went smoothly, and the crew finished in about 20 minutes. No additional repairs were needed, just a routine service. I appreciate that they simply provided the requested service without trying to upsell. I highly recommend this family-owned company-----they will take good care of you!”
