“2 stars only because of their efficiency in getting out to our house quickly to help us find our problem. After that, the job lacked major communication. Our whole ordeal started 10/24/25 and did not end until 12/26/25. The guys that did the job were professional to our face, however we overheard conversations on our Ring cam and they would talk about not wanting to be there. And how they broke our clay pipe and never admitted to. They left their trash (rubber gloves, pop bottles, caution tape, and saw blades) in our front yard for 2 months. I also saw one of them throwing a pop bottle down in the hole they dug up before they covered it. They don’t clean up after themselves unless they’re asked. We did address this with Robert (not sure his rank in the company), and he did apologize and stated this is not their standard and he would have a talk with the guys. They did end up coming out and cleaning up their mess and tried to out our flower bed blocks back the best they could. “We had a drain issue on a Saturday and water was coming in the house. Thank goodness Right Brithers has a live person answer their phone. She was very understanding and scheduled a call right away. Then Daulton called to get a better understanding of the issue and to let us know when he would arrive. Once he got here he was very knowledgeable and professional and got to work on the problem. “Ryan and Atherton were awesome! The kitchen sink backed up around 6:30 the evening of 23 Dec. we had a houseful coming over for Christmas and the having no kitchen sink, disposal, or dishwasher was not part of the plan. I tried to clear it myself but no luck. Called several area plumbers and Friday was the first available for most. I finally found one that could do 12-5 on Christmas Eve and booked it. At 1:00 Christmas Eve that one called to reschedule for Friday due to an emergency job! Could not talk them into working something out. “We had Dylan and his team out today to put in a sewer drain liner, i.e. trenchless sewer drain repair. He and his team were prompt, polite, efficient and thorough in explaining to us what they were doing and completing the job. They arranged to have the city clean their section of the sewer line that was obstructed by roots. Drain Tech removed the roots from our 95 year old, 4 inch clay sewer drain connecting to the city line then installed a Hammerhead liner and cured it. They finished ahead of the time they had told us it could possibly take. We were able to use the line as soon as they completed the job. Drain Tech saved us thousands of dollars compared to quotes we had from other companies for liners or trenches. So glad we qualified for a liner as our sidewalk, shrubs and yard did not have to be torn up. “Called this company to schedule a tank cleaning. Mr Nelson Asked how I heard of them. I told him I found receipts in the house papers from the previous owner, he was laughing the whole time and asked for the address. I told him and he said I've never been there, I told him again that I found three receipts looks like every three and a half years and he laughed again and said "You're supposed to get your tank cleaned every 2 years." And then he again said he's never been there. Okay What does that have to do with anything? I just wanted to schedule a cleaning. What the previous owner did has nothing to do with me. He went on about regular cleaning and how it should be cleaned every two years and continuously laughing the whole time, cutting me off every time I would speak. So I finally said you know what you're not professional. I change my mind. I'm going to go with someone else you have a great day. And then he just laughed and said Okay bye. Do you do that to all your new customers? Guess I should have read his reviews before calling and I would have noticed how unprofessional he is.
