Thomas and Tyrell were very nice to work with, along with the office staff. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got us a quote to fix the floats. Another company wanted to demo the house to get to the pipes. Sonlight came with a camera, ready to investigate if need be. We can breathe easy knowing they are on the job. Thank you!

Matt reissfrom was the service tech that came out to pump out our tanks , he was courteous, on time and did thorough job. He even inspected the aerator and informed us about the next tech who was coming out to clean our filter and test our water . Thanks Matt and thanks Sonlight for your excellent service and crew

Back at the end of April we had an outside septic line failure and Harold and the Sonlight team jumped into action the same day and completed the job in a timely manner with excellent communication! Tanks 1 & 2 emptied and inspected. Videos taken of our concerns so they knew exactly what we/they need, to fix it. Pricing Fair. We got a text, with picture of employee. Matthew showed up with a friendly greeting. He was genuinely concerned about my safety, explained what he was doing, what he found, and what were our options. Affordable and very thorough! He answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Sonlight Septic Service was easy to talk to. No upsale or long on hold times. They are about 30 minutes from Palmya. Our service was scheduled a week out, not bad. Very professional! Matthew is a Keeper!

The service that I received with Sonlight when Randy still owned the business was fantastic. Since he sold the business, not so much. The first time I scheduled with the new ownership to pump out my septic tank, I was asked what time of day I would like the service performed and I told them first thing in the morning to which we agreed. When no one showed up I called and was told that they would not be there until later in the day. I understood that these things happen but we were supposed to have storms that afternoon and I had to dig out my lid so I insisted that they keep their end of the agreement. The owner reluctantly came to my home with attitude an hour later and was not very happy but he did pump out my tank as we agreed. Three years later I scheduled another septic pump out and everything went as planned; however, I received an email two months later stating that I did not pay my bill and I still owed them for the service plus two late fees of $35 for each month it was not paid when I had paid the day of service. I replied to their email and called their billing department to inform them of their mistake and they did not respond. So I called again and finally a human answered the phone and fixed their mistake. I have no idea why I was sent an additional bill with late fees, but fortunately, I caught it before it went to collections. I can only image that the statement on their website that they serve their customers as they serve Jesus was put there by Rodney. Response to your reply...Thank you for taking responsibility and correcting the billing issue. I sure hope you did, it was your mistake and as a result, as I stated in my review, if I did not act upon it, my bill would have went to collections, at least that was my fear. My problem with your "mistake" is that I replied to the email to which you wanted to charge me two late fees for your mistake and I also tried calling and no one answered so I left a message and no one got in touch with me. So, I had to call again and this time I did get in touch with a person and then it was corrected and explained. It would have been nice if someone would have gotten back to me instead of me reaching out multiple times to no avail. Once you received my negative (constructive) review, you managed to respond the same day, amazing! Regarding your reply in which you state that I have a pattern of dissatisfaction, first of all, that is none of your business and noting that fact does not negate the truth of my review. I generally do not leave reviews unless that company goes above and beyond the expected service or if they do not meet what a person would normally expect for that service. If I did not persist in contacting Sonlight, I have no idea if this matter would have been resolved. I guess it's your new systems fault that it wanted me to pay 2 months of late fees, $70 total late fees when you did the service 5 or 6 weeks before I got the notice. BTW ...trying to defend yourself with excuses when you did a customer wrong and showing more concern for your reputation than a customers legimate concerns is NOT Christlike.
