“I started with Grey Brothers last year with a Porta poddy. Service was great for few months. Then something changed. The Porta poddy was supposed to be serviced 1 per week. They would skip weeks and still charge us for the service. Joe my contact was cool and said he would look into it. He even gave me a few months free to make up for their shortcomings. Unfortunately the service kept going downhill. When I would bring it to Joe's attention he would admit it was their fault. ( I have months of video and text communications to prove my point) When pointing out that the service was lacking Joe admitted again it was them. Recently I received 4 monthly charges all at once. He did express that these charges were not correct and refunded a few months. I reached out to another company using them in the same office area. They expressed if I could find a better service he would consider canceling service with Grey Brothers. I expressed this to Joe. Joe immediately sends me a text that they are canceling the porta poddy service. I realized at that point I was dealing with a child not an adult who couldn't communicate properly and work through this situation. I suggest that if you hire them make sure they follow through with their contract as specified. Keep an eye on their billing practices. I found a better service. I went to Walter's services $0 for delivery and $105 a month for the same services. So far Walter's is provided excellent service at a cheaper price. This post is exactly my experience with Grey brothers services. I have text and video evidence to back it up.”
