“We would absolutely recommend Hiller to our friends and family. Their team came out promptly to assess the situation and replaced our galvanized pipe within just a couple of days. The work itself was completed in only a few hours, and they took great care to restore our yard afterward. Everything was put back where it belonged, the dirt was properly packed, and the area was reseeded to look as good as possible—especially impressive considering the large trench that had to be dug. We absolutely recommend them, and will be using them for any future jobs we need done.”

“No one ever wants to have to call a plumber for help, especially on a weekend. We had a main plumbing pipe back up into the basement suddenly after no indication of any plumbing issues. Set an appointment online with Hiller, and Gabriel called earlier than expected to say he'd be arriving soon. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous. The work of diagnosing and addressing the outside plumbing issue was completed on time, with final cost of services less than the quoted estimate, and the work area was left super tidy and clean. Gabriel shared information about preventive services Hiller offers for plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems without being pushy. “I don't own the place where the bathroom sink was replaced, but I have been doing some work in there. I did meet the worker sent by Hiller plumbing that replaced the toilet and bathroom sink. The toilet seems fine, but it is the bathroom sink that has caused a major issue and this is because of the pop up assembly. I noticed that the rod was bent so that it could be pushed into the drain and I have since had to cut off part of the rod. The curved part was rubbing against the back of the sink cabinet before I cut part of it off. The original rod is in the picture and it shows how it was bent to fit under the sink. Now there is a problem with the Clevis Strap that somehow got cracked. The Clevis Strap is a plastic one and the drain plug still won't open and close properly. I just wanted a sink to wash my hands while I was working over in this house and then be able to drain the water without the stopper getting stuck. I gave two stars because toilet is fine, but the sink is a problem right now.”
