It was a pleasure watching the replacement drain field being installed with precision and passing inspection with flying colors. The team worked well together. “10/10. Called them to a customer’s house to check a septic issue. They showed up in 15 minutes. They found the septic tank and it was deeper than usual. They had to run to another job and showed back up in about 3 hours like they said with an excavator. This septic tank had some serious issues but they pushed through the rain and worked til dark to get the job done. I was expecting a large bill, but it was priced extremely fair. I highly, highly recommend this company.”

“NO NOT USE .... ZERO STARS We called Brittains due to our commodes not flushing and the sinks making noise. They said it sounds like the septic needed to be pumped and gave us a price. They came out and pumped the tank. That did not fix the problem. Then they said the pipe between the house and the tank was clogged and they did not have the tools to get it out, so they would have to come back the next day and gave me another price for the clogged pipe. They came out the next day, said they got the pipe cleaned out and we were good. Two days later we had to call them back due to having the same problem. They came back said the pipes had roots in them and needed to be replaced and gave us another price to replace the pipes. They came out and replaced the pipes and when we asked to see the roots, they informed us there were no roots. They then said the pipes had cracks and needed to be replaced so we paid the 3rd bill. A few days later we had the same problem and called them back. They then said they could not get to us to call a plumber that it had to be our field lines. $1800 in and no better than the day we initially called them. They did not fix anything. They took our money and only offered to give a refund of $150.00. They said we had other things going on, but as they was doing the work and charging us, they continued to tell us that we was fixed and good until I had to keep calling back as we were not fixed or good .We have since had the issue fixed...it was a clogged baffle, a $100 fix. I do not know if the septic really needed to be pumped, but I would think so as we had not had it done before. The pipe replacement did not fix or change anything and was not ever our problem. I do not recommend calling Brittains Septic, they did not fix our problem and continued to charge us for work that did not have to be done as they told us it would fix our problems. This does not even get into the lies the office told me about who was in charge and the week I had to wait for someone to call be back to discuss why I was not happy or how rude the owners where. ZERO STARS!!!”

“Biggest issue was the failure to return my call … your team took 5 hours to located my tank I’m thankful for that I’m sure most other companies would have given up by then… but the issue was you charged me me for a tracking device that was flushed down my perfectly working toilet and still it took that many man hours the tracker failed and I’m super pregnant it and the bathroom n my room was not usable when I called to say help what can I do my husband working out of town for that entire week I was promised a call back with contact info for a reliable plumber I waited to hear from you and never got a call so I called again and still never got a call back … My toilets are not old my plumbing is not old this is your area of expertise and I was given the idea you had a solution for this outcome of the tracking device clogging the toilet and then I never got a call back so yes left me hanging without my toilet the entire weekend is why I’m saying great follow up guys The plumber I fiannly got to come a week later charged me 380 dollars to get that damn tracker out of lines … So now I want that charge refunded!”
