“Ordered a control panel. They charged me for the item (over $400) but never shipped it. WIll not respond to emails or phoen calls. *DO NOT* buy from them!”
“Ordered from thier website, where it says they pride themselves on having first in class customer service. And that orders will be shipped within one business day. Well, I was expecting to get my order by tomorrow seeing as I paid extra for EXPEDITED SHIPPING... But they haven't even shipped it yet. And I've been calling thier customer service number for the past 2 hours with no answer. Every time it gives you 10 minutes of hold before you can leave a message. This has to be a joke!!!! If they "pride" themselves on customer service then they should understand that this is the worst customer service I have ever had.... I finally got a hold of someone who told me they're waiting on the item from the manufacturer. But their website said it was in stock ready to ship, that's the only reason I ordered from them. The guy on the phone wasn't happy that I was very very unhappy with their company and asked me to "save it" for when he had his boss man call me back, then I can "let him have it". Because apparently the person that answered the phone is the only one there!!! I didn't even get him to answer the phone by clicking for customer service, I clicked on a random number (that was NOT one of the options #6 BTW) and got his line. I would cancel the order, but I haven't been able to figure out how yet... I'm definitely NEVER using this company again and I highly suggest you save your money and use some other company, one that is actually reliable and reputable, to get whatever items you need because this place definitely is not!!!! If I haven't heard back from the "boss man" by end of business today, I will be reporting them to the BBB. Because this is basically theft at this point. I've been charged for a product THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT HAVE.... They even let me pay for expedited shipping, with no product in stock and NO customer service to refund the order....... So in conclusion, if you're going to do business with this place be forewarned. Because you're probably not going to get your item anytime soon or if you have any issues their lack of customer service will drive you absolutely insane.!!!!”
“I ordered a product over a year ago. I've been trying to call. I have emailed. I have contacted through the website many times over. I have not received a refund or my items or return messaging and or call.”
“Ordered a control panel, they charged me right away. Sent me a notification that it would be sent, and I'd get a Tracking Number. They never sent it, never answered the phone, they finally answered an email. The part is on backorder, but they will try and contact the manufacturer. It's been 8 days! You could've contacted me, and given me a list of comparable parts that you DO have in stock! Why would you sell me something that you don't even have anyway. Why would your site say that the item is in stock, when it's not.”
“Customer service was horrible, over $150 in parts were shipped through the post office when I paid for UPS ground. Spoke to Daniel just to get the explanation that it's been picked up and if I had just called in sooner. At no point was I given a solution until I became aggressive to which I was refunded the shipping. I've dealt with many suppliers and this is one that will have to earn my business back. Will be waiting for a follow up call that is suppose to happen some time today.”
