For six years I held Charlie accountable for his "3 visits per year is legal septic regulation" because if I didn't he wouldn't show up. When contract was up for renewal, he would show, and provide renewal paperwork For six years I had a leaking Driptech system, with multiple problems, that were kept secret from me until I contracted with this new company.. Charlie's team didn't understand the system and wasn't qualified to service it!!!! But did anyway? Amazing!! There was the one time I had the pump outage, and he wanted to charge me full price + service.. I reminded him I was on contract with the service plan.. We argued and he (regrettably) waived service and charged full price for equipment. The team promptly installed incorrect equipment and we did it all over again.. same argument, same ignorant, negligent company owner trying to make a quick buck. Best part? They came over and told me everyting was A-OK each time.. and THEY HAD NO CLUE HOW THE DRIPTECH SYSTEM WORKED OR HOW TO TEST FOR INTEGRITY.. as evidenced in my final email with the company where he admitted so and said "goodbye" The only one that benefits from any service with TX Septic is Charlie, owner.

550 to pump my septic... told me that my tank would not open both tanks so they pumped only one... two days later I had a company come to replace the whole system only to find only half of the tank was pumped BUT BOTH access points were able to be opened! Texas septic was contacted however they never responded to my messages or call me back. We offered to fix the problem so I had to pay an additional $550 to another company So I could have my system collapsed and corrected

BEWARE! This company is an absolute JOKE! They did not uphold the obligations of their contract by failing to perform the contracted three annual inspections. When I confronted them asking to renew my annual contract (mistake on my part) for a discounted rate, the owner opted to respond blaming it on me not having let them in my gate and saying that they came to my house countless times. I never once received a call from them. They wouldn't have shown up for the second appointment had I not emailed them the day before my contract was set to expire. The time that they did actually show up, the tech was gone in under 5 minutes and didn't really do anything. The report he provided was barely legible. They just told me to go find another septic company which I will be more than happy to do.

We used them in 2020-2021 taking over contract when we bought the house. Texas Septic did not do the work they said they performed. It was obvious they didn’t make the repairs. Owner didn’t want to come back to fix things they obviously didn’t touch. Every time the guys came out for maintenance check they would strip the screws on the tank cover, or not screw the cover on and leave it open for someone to fall in. Workers who could speak English couldn’t answer any questions, seemed like they knew nothing about septic. We switched providers as soon as the maintenance contract ended. Now we are selling and new buyer requested this company to make a repair. He agreed and scheduled to come out but then the night before he canceled and said we were bad customers and would never step foot on our property again. Whatever, the buyer wanted to pay this man money but he doesn’t like that we required him to do the work right. The owner, Charlie, acts like you’re his mortal enemy if you ask for anything. I didn’t experience the cursing but he does hang up on you. Do not use them. Save yourself the drama. Try Aloha Septic. They are great!

This place was referred to me by Rainbow Septic. A nice man came to check my septic and told us the problem. He said his boss would send an estimate. Charlie, I assume he is the supervisor, called me the next day and was very short with me. I feel he wanted me to agree on the repair work without giving me an estimate. I gave Charlie my email then never heard back from him. I was charged $150 for an estimate that I never received. Oh, the check was cashed immediately.
