“One of the worst companies I have ever had to come in contact with. We purchased a home whose previous owner used AAA for the past few years. Our home inspection showed that the septic and the equipment was in terrible condition and falling apart. As part of our buying concessions was to get the septic equipment repaired and the septic pumped. Nothing crazy right? The seller used AAA and paid for these repairs Oct 16th. We were told the septic company needed to order a new filter and it would be in a few days later and AAA was given our information and would call us when it came in. A few days after we closed I had not heard anything so I called and spoke to someone and was told they would call when the filter came in. A month went by and no response. I emailed, no response. I called and left voicemails no response. Two months have went by and not even ONCE have they called me back. I called last week on Nov 12 and spoke to a Daniel (I am assuming is the owner??) and he informed me that that his team would be by the following week and they were sorry. Guess what? This week rolls by… it’s Saturday and they have not been by or called or emailed me to inform me they were not coming. Going on over two months on a part (filter) that would have been in days after we closed. This product and service was paid for. At this point AAA is stealing since they received payment on an incomplete job. His team also left the old filter and trash in our yard and never removed it. I have never have dealt with a company who doesn’t respond and lies that they will be there and never show up on multiple occasions. The next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau if they do not install. Never do business with them. We are looking for a new septic company to say the least.”

“This is the worst company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve had a hose come loose on my septic pump. I’ve been trying to have repaired and so far it has been over a month. Still no one has shown up. I just renewed my contract and now in the process of trying to get my money refunded so I can shop around for a company that take pride in their work as much as they enjoy receiving your money. Each call is followed by broken promises and B/S!!! I couldn’t give this company one star. There’s no way I could recommend this company for anything.”

“Poor Communication & Slow Service I had a part wear out on my brand-new septic system, and while AAA Septic did cover it under warranty, it took them over 8 weeks to come back and make the repairs. The wait was incredibly frustrating, especially since they never answered the phone and didn’t provide any updates on when the service would be scheduled. To make matters worse, when someone finally did come out, I wasn’t given any notice—they just showed up without a heads-up. A little communication would have gone a long way in making this experience better. While I appreciate that the repair was eventually covered, the lack of responsiveness and long delays make it hard for me to recommend them. If you need timely service, be prepared for a frustrating wait.”

“This septic service is so amazing!!! Brad came by and really in the nicest way possible told us we need to get pumped and explained the reason why. Just a very lovely man that tells you like it is . So know you need to plan for it and save. Versus leaking starting and then you are behind the eight ball. Very trustworthy and really does the service of maintenance you pay for.”

“Update* We finally got a new aerator in they system after 2 failed temporary ones.They told us it would be inspected on Thursday 5/17/24. I called the health department and they informed me that not only do they NOT DO INSPECTIONS ON THURSDAYS they HAVE NOT SCHEDULED AN INSPECTION. That's ok because all of their lies have been recorded with the health department. I was told that their manager has been trying to get one scheduled w/ them but so far nothing has been scheduled. This review is not the entirety of the lies and b.s. both owners have spewed. I bought a new build that supposedly passed inspection. Only to discover there isn't an aerator. They had flipped the breaker so we would not see the alarm. I have been trying to get a new one installed only to get the run around and be lied to for over 6 weeks. Today I called the manufacturer only to learn they haven't even ordered the part. I went down to the county health department and learned that my system was never inspected. So, I have submitted to them an email detailing the fiasco going back to early March. It's May 8th! They are now going to go after them to get it fixed and ready to pass inspection.”
