“Had an outdoor garden hose valve break in the evening and was leaking behind the wall/siding of our house. Called Mr. Rooster and they were able to send someone out right away. Pascual was able to come out first thing in the morning and was able to make the repair, reinstall newer better equipment as well as enforce it better than it was to prevent from happening again, and most of all was able to reseal the wall back up to save me time from running to low s and rushing to get it done before the ice storm hits the DFW area. Very friendly, and helpful! Would use again!”

Keyfer Giveash DID call and told me where he was, how long he estimated he would would finish there, and said he would call me when he was ready to come to my home with an ETA. He did call me as he promised and arrived exactly at his ETA. Keyfer was most courteous and professional, promptly and correctly diagnosed and corrected the problem. We had out-of-state visitors at that time, so his service was most appreciated! That kind of quality service is how business should operate and ... unfortunately ... very hard to find and experience.
