“We needed our tanks pumped quickly due to plumbing issues. After calls to multiple other companies, ROD Septic sent someone out to our home the same day (Friday afternoon) to check blockage and make sure we were good through the weekend and then had someone out Monday to pump our tanks. We called ROD and his team was able to promptly come out and resolve the issue! He was honest and didn’t charge us for any services we didn’t need.
