“We have had two different experiences while working with Booker Septic Tank Company. Personally, we know Josh Booker jr. through church and this is why we chose to use them. The first time we had our septic tank pumped was in 2020 and we were happy with thier services, however a few months ago we needed them again and had quite a different experience. This time, Steve Booker (owner) came out with two guys to our new home where we have a larger septic tank. The price was more since the tank is larger. My husband stood by and watched them pump. They only uncovered one lid, when we actually have two. A liquid side, and a solid side. A short time after this, we noticed that liquid was coming up above the tank, so we called another company to get a new pump. This new company said "the solid side of your tank has NOT been pumped." Mind you this was just a few short weeks later, NOT months. We called both Josh and Steve to try to get half of our money back and they would not do it since they would not admit to the mistake. We no longer will give them business since humility and the abiltity to admit one's mistakes is a very important part of owning a business.
