“DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR A SEPTIC INSPECTION! Looking inside it from the cleanout access and seeing that the water level is right was all their inspection consisted of. They didn’t open the lid of the tank or use a camera to inspect anything for cracks or damage. They DO NOT check the inlet or outlet to make sure there’s no blockage. I’m dealing with major plumbing issues at the inlet to the tank because of this! “Don’t recommend. They messed up my property and it’s going to cost too much to fix it. They were supposed to do 2 mobile home pads, driveways and clearing. They did the minimum amount of work for maximum price and didn’t do it correctly. Both pads were not big enough, he buried the top soil, my pad was facing the wrong direction and was not leveled. He basically made my pad into a pond. He placed my driveway in the wrong spot and to the opposite end of the house. Who wants their driveway to the master bedroom instead of to the carport? The other pad wasn’t crowned and holding water too. They kept working after I told them to stop and to hold off until we were on the same page. They said they couldn’t stop and then collected the money from the mobile home company that same day from the loan I don’t even have. They didn’t return my messages or calls for over a week. Update since they replied: yes we met each day beforehand and the work was worse each day, then left in a mess and didn’t respond to my calls or messages for over a week. “I do not recommend Pickle Septic Tank and Plumbing. We had them come out for a job, that was completed and has had no issues, that is why I give it 3 stars. They did however, break the steps on my deck, left a huge hole under my deck that I was not made aware of, they showed up unannounced the second day. Never called and said they were coming or that they were there, we only found out because of our security cameras. They also proceeded to leave all their lunch trash and bottles under my deck. It also took the front desk a considerable amount of time to find us in their system every time we called.
