“Lightning septic tank service is owned by my husband Mark and myself. There was a time when we had several really good helpers but for the last few years we have not had any helpers at all. He and I do all the work by our self. I also answer the phone when I am not busy working with him. We have so many customers that recommend us to others because my husband has always tried his very best to do a great job for each person he works for. He sometimes gets too many people on his list and sometimes one can fall through the crack. He is one of the nicest most good hearted people that I have ever known and has helped so many people over the years I could not count them all. He has done work for people that could not afford to pay and has also done a lot of other things that he told no one of but I see the things he does he is truly a very good person. If he tells you he wants to do something for you he means it but sometimes he just has way more than he could ever get to and does not want to tell anyone no. It is very upsetting for a person to give him a bad review for work that he never even got a chance to do. This is for the person who said he tried to get in touch with him for six weeks I’m sure that that is true but you do not know the circumstances that we have been in for the last few months. For you to say such awful things about someone that you don’t even know it’s very unfair. My husband was so sick that he almost died in December. Then he was in a car accident that was not his fault that messed his back up so bad he has had a very hard time doing anything physical at work. But still when people call he does all he can to try to get to them and he is getting better. So to you who said such awful things about us you should think about What that person’s circumstances might be before you tell lies on them. My husband has worked for thousands of people who are very satisfied with the work that he has done and who highly recommend him every day and tell me how much they really like him and what a good person he is. That’s all that matters not your bad reviews.”
