“I can't speak to the quality of their work. I'm sure they are very good at doing what they do. Unfortunately, I was just unable to have my questions answered over the phone. The office person I spoke with on the phone told me the tank I was asking about was a special kind of tank and was different from a standard tank. In fact, it was a tank that they themselves actually installed. But when I asked her to explain what the difference was, she did not know. I was told a technician would have to come out to take a look at it and explain the system to me. I asked if I could have a technician simply call me so I could ask questions prior to scheduling a service call. Was told that a technician would not be available to call me or answer my questions over the phone. “Recently needed field lines installed. After getting the permit, I sent it to Billy's and one other company. Billy actually came out to my house to look at things even though they already had the permit from the health department stating the location and size of the lines. He took the time to call and make sure I wasn't over a certain gallons per month of usage to make sure we wouldn't have issues in the future. He then beat the price of the other company by approximately $800.00.
