“Recently needed field lines installed. After getting the permit, I sent it to Billy's and one other company. Billy actually came out to my house to look at things even though they already had the permit from the health department stating the location and size of the lines. He took the time to call and make sure I wasn't over a certain gallons per month of usage to make sure we wouldn't have issues in the future. He then beat the price of the other company by approximately $800.00. Lines were installed in about 6 hours and I was really impressed with how smooth he left the back yard after digging 3 60ft long trenches. 100% would use this company again.”

“I met Billy the owner while he was working on a house down the street. I saw that he was working hard on the house. I asked him to come see my house to see what could be done. He was nice initially to assess. I took that as a good thing. I was desperate and needed my field lines fixed ASAP. I worked to get the permit done based on what Billy told me. The permit was complete and I was asking when he could start the work. His person who answered the phone then stated that he would be out Friday now being Wednesday to “measure” my yard to see what could be done. There was excuses given that I had to “move my gas line” and I would have to find out where my water line is before anything could happen. It was also indicated that Billy was booked up and could not do anything for a week or more. I have been restricting my septic for 10 days. Yelled at at me in front yard when I said I was going with someone else! Never had that happen to me ever! Will not recommend!! Who yells at someone in a desperate situation when all I want done is getting my stuff fixed. This is not a cheap fix either! Bad business! Told me yeah he works for a living. What do you think I do for a living Billy? I work too!! Billy said he would have to remove my fence because his tractor would not fit. The other service I am going with found a solution without having to destroy my fence. I understand that I didn’t have time to “call” Billy to inform him but still yelling at me on my front lawn and preaching to me that you work for a living is some utter BS! I work my tail off too Billy!”
