“Don’t recommend. They messed up my property and it’s going to cost too much to fix it. They were supposed to do 2 mobile home pads, driveways and clearing. They did the minimum amount of work for maximum price and didn’t do it correctly. Both pads were not big enough, he buried the top soil, my pad was facing the wrong direction and was not leveled. He basically made my pad into a pond. He placed my driveway in the wrong spot and to the opposite end of the house. Who wants their driveway to the master bedroom instead of to the carport? The other pad wasn’t crowned and holding water too. They kept working after I told them to stop and to hold off until we were on the same page. They said they couldn’t stop and then collected the money from the mobile home company that same day from the loan I don’t even have. They didn’t return my messages or calls for over a week. Update since they replied: yes we met each day beforehand and the work was worse each day, then left in a mess and didn’t respond to my calls or messages for over a week. How did you go above and beyond? Our property is ruined and can’t ever get it back to what it was.”
