β€œI called Capital City Septic to inquire about a residential septic pump out for two tanks and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day at a very reasonable price (compared to some of the other big vendors in town). Their tech that called me on service day was very nice and made the experience very pleasant, they were even able to get to me earlier in the day. I would definitely recommend Capital City Septic to anyone in need of this service.”

β€œWe we had the company come out and pump our septic tank after we had a back up in the toilet and shower. While they did come out fairly quick and the people that performed the service seemed to be doing a good job we thought all is well. Six months later, our septic tank was backed up again, we ended up calling a different company to come out and service it. We then realize that capital city only pumped out the first half of the septic tank and left the second half with the Outlet filter Not pumped or cleaning the outlet filter causing it to get backed up again. We then tried to call the company and they tried to blame us for not letting them know that both halfs needed to be pumped out.. How are we supposed to know that this need to be done as well as cleaning the outlet filter? We were told that the manager would call us later that day to discuss a remedy or our problems. We never received a call so we then called them again later in the afternoon and they said they will call us the next morning as of today that is still not happened. It makes me wonder if they did this intentionally knowing they’d have to be back out six months to re-pump the tank again and charge us another $500. Do not use this company.”

β€œWe had Capital City Septic pump out our tank yesterday. Nathaniel Bailey and his assistant were very courteous and respectful of our property and plants. They parked on the driveway and ran a hose to the tank. They made sure everything was working properly and did the best clean out we have seen in the 38 years we have lived in the house. We highly recommend Capital City Septic and will not hesitate to call them should the need arise.”

β€œI used Capital City Septic Services back on April 24, and while the initial service went smoothly, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. During the first visit, I was informed that their truck had an oil leak, and I offered to help by putting down cardboard to protect my driveway. That seemed fine at the time. Fast forward to August 24, five months later, and I had to arrange for my septic tank to be pumped again. I wasn't home when they arrived, nor did I receive a call to notify me of their arrival. Upon returning home, I discovered two large motor oil spills in my driveway, along with what appeared to be transmission or power steering fluid leaking as well. I called their office to address the issue and spoke with someone who assured me a manager named Dana would call me the next day. That call never came. After following up myself, I spoke with Dana, who informed me they would send someone to clean up the spills, but again, no timeframe or apology was given. What is most concerning is that I was told it was up to the owner to decide when to fix or replace the leaking truck. This raises serious questions about their commitment to customer service and environmental responsibility. How many other properties have been affected by these leaks? It’s troubling to think about the potential environmental impact. I suggested simple solutions such as repairing the leaks or at least using drip pans under the vehicle to catch any spills. Although the two gentlemen who did the pumping were polite and performed their job, the overall management and leadership of this company need significant improvement. I ultimately decided to pay for the service despite the poor experience, but I will not be using Capital City Septic Services again and will be sharing my experience with others.”

β€œSeptic tank clean out. They answer the phone when you call. They show up on time. Fast and professional. Price (375) for residential clean out is very good. Very satisfied and highly recommended.”
