β€œI have been having drainage issues with my septic for awhile. I was told by one company that I would need to redo my entire drain field and that is very costly. I wanted to get another opinion on the matter. I read about the TerraLift service and saw several great reviews about it. I thought that I would try that service. I called Septic Works and they came out the next day to do the service for me. Frank did the work for me and is very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me good advice. I am calling Septic Works the next time I need any service for my septic. I highly recommend to anyone that needs any septic service done.”

β€œOur septic tank on Wilmington Island was full (even though it had recently been pumped out), our existing drain field was not working, and other companies were not responding to my calls. Frank Schmitz of Septic Works of the Low Country DID respond and his sweet wife, Cameron, scheduled the installation of our new drain field as soon as practicable--after utilities were marked and the soil was tested. While avoiding dangerously low-hanging power lines, he removed three large tree stumps, replaced the top soil with four truck loads of special sand, installed 110' of pipe in the ground on a hill, replaced the top soil, and terraced the entire front yard. I would highly recommend Septic Works of the Low Country. They're local, responsive, family-owned, personable, and dependable. :-)”

β€œReally great fast honest service. We have dealt two previous septic companies and the integrity was suspect with each. The price to pump the tank was great and I was very happy with the gentleman who came out to the house as well as the lovely woman who helped me on the phone. I won’t use anyone else.”

β€œRecently, I encountered septic tank and drain field issues at my property. After an unsatisfactory experience with another company, I reached out to Septic Works of the Lowcountry. Camerion scheduled a DrainField Terralift service for me. On the day of the appointment, despite inclement rainy weather, Frank, the owner, arrived to do the work. His professionalism, friendliness, and courteous demeanor immediately put me at ease. Frank took the time to thoroughly explain the Terralift technology and the process involved in fixing my septic system. What stood out was his attention to detail and his considerate approach to preserving the landscaping around the work area. By the end of the day, I was relieved to see my septic and drain field functioning properly again. The Terralift solution provided by Septic Works of the Lowcountry was not only effective but also significantly more affordable than a complete drain field replacement. A huge thank you to Frank and Cameron for their exceptional service and for saving me thousands of dollars.”

β€œI submitted an online inquiry and did not get a call/response, so I called. The number on the website goes straight to voicemail. Edit: Someone called me after seeing this review and apologized and said that they responded to the email. However, I checked again and did not receive anything. Adding a star for the extra effort, but wanted to still provide my experience as a flag that there might be some communication issues that they are working on currently.”
