No one wants to deal with the county and all the soil scientists and the designers and permits. Anyone who knows, knows - it's a long process. Turnocks' has been fantastic every step of the way. They've coordinated every aspect of this project and made it actually pleasant and worry-free. Even when the county made some additional requirements they kept us up to speed at each turn. If you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing to have an entirely new septic system installed these are your people! “When my septic system failed I called several different septic companies & due to how complicated the new system had to be Turnocks' Septic Systems was the only company even willing to quote an estimate. Once Turnocks' began working on the new system they were out here every day until it was finished. Our new system requires a pump & wraps around our house. “Turnocks was recommended to me by two people after our Septic system began failing. I was placed on a very long waiting list to get the system replaced and told it would happen by the end of the summer. This was back in May. They got the ball rolling and people came out to our home to paint and flag the yard. I was told an estimate would not be far behind because of the paperwork process. Throughout the entire summer, I had to call about 4 different times to have them send out someone to repaint and reflag after mowing, raining etc. when August rolled around and still not having an estimate, I called again and asked for more repainting and more flags and an estimate. The woman called me back and left a message that they would send someone out AGAIN. After a week, and hearing nothing, I called again and was told because I didn’t call her back I was taken off of the list. I was livid and disappointed. Throughout the summer, I was the one who initiated contact, because they never did, I never had to return a call. They’d send new flaggers out. But this time, I was arbitrarily removed and told to get back on the list, it would be delayed until November. No apology. Very flippant and reiterating how backed up they were. I called them back the next day to talk to a manager or someone in charge, unaware if that was who I was dealing with in the first place. They did not return my call. So, I am writing this review publicly. I got another recommendation from someone to use Bass Septic. Within two weeks from that call, we now have a brand new septic system.”
