“I called Save Septic to pump my septic while I was awaiting another company to get me a quote for replacing my stressed system. The other company couldn't even get out to pump the tank while I was awaiting their quote. Kevin came right out the next day and pumped the system. When I made the appointment, I explained that there was a company that we had already started with and we had soil samples and specs already completed. “Just great humans! On New Years eve I walked out in my back yard and found grey water running out of my septic lid. I called every septic business listed on the Google search near me. The ONLY call back we got was from Brian with Krueger's Septic Services within about 10 minutes. When I say only call back, even 2 days later we still have not received a call back from messages left from any other business. The conversation I had over the phone with Brian put me at ease knowing I had someone who was going to help my family. Being right around the new year holiday I wasn't sure, but Brian made it clear immediately we would be taken care of. Brian and I worked out the details in one phone conversation and he had us on the schedule. I can only assume the fee was fair due to no other company returning calls to compare it to. “Woody gave me a quote of $200 but charged me $300 after he was completed. He was very sarcastic and complained a lot. He only had a 1000 gallon truck so he couldn't even clean out the whole tank and said he'd come back for the rest but there would be another charged of at least $200. Now I am $300 in the hole, tank still has stuff in it and he didn't even clean my filter or put my Lids back on he just left.
