“Start to finish was phenomenal. From Tammy taking our call and being the first impression to the customer. Could tell instantly this wasn't your typical, what seems to be normal nowadays with less than personable experience. She took the time to ask questions AND give answers. Even if the answer was she wasn't sure, she offered to have the tech look while he was here. Set the appointment and called to inform us of the progress of the schedule. We asked to be called when they were on the way. Darryl did just that - and they continued to impress us. Darryl asked what our concerns were and how he could help. We explained what prompted our calling in. He gave some advice (not a typical upsell approach, but genuine free advice) on what we could do and watch for. Tammy set us up for the service at an appropriate interval for our needs. They will take care of it even if we forget to do it ourselves - now that is a great piece of mind. Hopefully, Darryl will be "our tech" as he sure gave us a piece of mind it was done as well as it could be. He even cleaned our filter that I had cleaned myself 2 days prior. Said it didn't matter that I cleaned it, it was his responsibility to make sure it was done by him to their standards and it didn't cost more to do that. “This guy left me hanging for weeks after initially pumping my septic when more of an issue was presented He wanted the work and would show one day a week for 4 weeks straight He never figured out the issue but dug up my yard. His equipment sat on my property over a week and one day it was gone. Never heard from this guy again I hired someone else to complete the work he left me with. Turns out all I needed was my lines jetted which Stockert said he did All the digging was for no reason. This man’s days are behind him Also he charged me double to pump two tanks even though he had his equipment here for the initial one tank cleaning. “We recently moved into a brand new house and within a week noticed we had some strange things happening with our plumbing. Bubbling drains, slow draining toilets, flooding in our garage. Our builder pushed us off with the excuse that we had bottom of the line toilets or should not have used our spigots. When we called J&S, Daniel was able to quickly confirm it had nothing to do with our toilets or spigots. After checking each plumbing fixture, he determined it would be wise to run a camera through the main line out of our house - in doing so, he found a blockage, so he jetted the line. Most people would have left then - he ran the camera again just to make sure he had it all as it seemed drains and toilets were working as they should. Thank goodness he went the extra step because when he ran the second camera to confirm, we found the blockage was waste getting stuck by a piece of rebar that was driven through out main line. He knew immediately what had happened and provided me what I needed to have our builder return and do repairs. Who knows what kind of mess (literally) we would have been without the diligence Daniel provided! Might I also mention - this was at 11 pm on a Saturday. “Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 of $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit. Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week. Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning. Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow. Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday. Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away. Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad. Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov). The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me. The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. “I had been dealing with this business for a couple weeks when we had back up. When we were put on the schedule, they didn't show up until after closing hours each time and we had to stay over. The workers that showed up for the job thought that we might have a main line issue and were quoting us on clearing all lines. When I called again to have services done again and to find out about quoting, my calls were ignored and the lady told me she was blocking me and hung up. This is a terrible way to conduct business.
