“I wish I could give a negative 5 review. We were scheduled for Friday. My husband took off work to be at home for them. They didn't come. When he called to see where they were at, the sweetest lady (she is the ONLY positive) told him that we were on city sewer and that it was a rental. They some how got our old address, an address we never gave them, and went to said address which of course is in the city. My husband informed her of this and that we do indeed have a septic tank. After back and forth calls that went in to Monday he finally got them to reschedule for today. They told him between 9:30am and 10am. They never came. They never called. If they would have at least called to tell us they were running behind I could have worked with them. But 2 no shows, no call to let us know and we are moving on to a different company.
