“Iv used Joe Beard and Sons ever since we purchased our house. The quality of work is always top notch and every employee has been polite and very knowledgeable. The pricing is very fair in my opinion and I feel they treated my house like it was their own home. Services I had them perform recently 1 - Pump out tank 2 - Install a riser on tank 3 - Repair a collapsed piece of cast-iron, connecting the house to the main tank 4 - Use a camera to look inside main sewer pipe running to septic tank to find collapsed cast iron I can’t say enough on how happy I am with everyone I had the pleasure to speak to during this repair process.”

“I wish I could give a negative 5 review. We were scheduled for Friday. My husband took off work to be at home for them. They didn't come. When he called to see where they were at, the sweetest lady (she is the ONLY positive) told him that we were on city sewer and that it was a rental. They some how got our old address, an address we never gave them, and went to said address which of course is in the city. My husband informed her of this and that we do indeed have a septic tank. After back and forth calls that went in to Monday he finally got them to reschedule for today. They told him between 9:30am and 10am. They never came. They never called. If they would have at least called to tell us they were running behind I could have worked with them. But 2 no shows, no call to let us know and we are moving on to a different company. Joe Beard and Sons does not need my business enough to treat us with even the smallest amount of respect.”

“I called Joe Beard and Sons for an estimate to install a perimeter drainage system around my house and Adam responded very quickly with a more than reasonable price and the work was scheduled. This was a big job, 300’ of 15” corrugated pipe, trenching, T’s grading and seeding. Blake and Richard were tasked with the entire job and the results far exceeded what I thought was possible. These two professionals communicated every phase, over came some of the unforeseen “opportunities” and worked hard to complete the job in the time I was promised. “Where do I start?! I recently bought a remodeled home for myself and 2 young daughters. We were very excited but immediately had plumbing/ septic problems. We had 2 separate clogged drains within weeks. I called Joe Beard & Sons both times to come take a look. They did every form of trouble shooting to find the problem and of course discovered the problem and fixed it quickly. Many things stood out to me like how fast they arrived... they quality of work.... their friendliness etc BUT two things will stick with me forever... 1 - This is a smaller home but they treated it as if it was a multi-million dollar property and made sure it was working 100%. 2 - The second time they had to come out, it was a Friday and they were working on the problem. Adams wife was going to deliver their first child at any moment and he was committed to getting our problem fixed. He stayed until the very last moment he could and the guys stayed until WAY past 5pm on a Friday to be sure we had running water etc for the weekend! What a class act!!! I'll never use anyone else.
