“Sub zero temps, move into a new house and wake up with plugged drains. I called 5 services before I found Watkins. Came out in sub zero temps. I didn't have risers so they advised me to thaw the ground. I chose charcoal for over a day. Jared and Joe came out and fully emptied the tank and cleaned out my drain lines in sub zero temps.
