“Naomi in their office is a DRILL SERGEANT. You will make payment her way because she is in charge. Be prepared to sign a blank check and pay without getting an invoice. It's her way or the highway. It's too bad, because the guys that did the actual service were very knowledgeable and sweet. First, you have to give her your credit card or your checking account information to schedule an appointment. I thought it was just for security purposes. Nope, she processes an electronic charge immediately into your bank acount. No invoice or signed proposal. They won't allow the driver to give you an invoice or collect payment the traditional way. Belanger's used to have a great reputation. They have changed. I hope they give this gal some training or get someone that knows how to treat customers with respect.”

“Two weeks ago I called this company to pump out my camper. I wasn’t here when the service was completed, but I came home to a still-full camper that had a clog. Still as full as before they “pumped” it and you can see the tiny stream of liquid that was able to come out There were no notes given on my account and no information. The technician just hooked up to my clogged line, and obviously couldn’t remove any waste, and left. I understand it’s on me for the clog, but it’s completely unethical for a company to charge full price for a service and then not even let the customer know it couldn’t be completed. If you want a company that cares about its customers and has basic customer service skills I would use someone else.”
“This company lost a client yesterday. The woman who is the receptionist/scheduler was so rude to my wonderful, kind daughter. She called at 7 am. Outside of business hours, for payment that she fully intended only paying. She has 4 children. She called me (mom) crying at 7:15 this morning, because of the tone this lady took, thats outside business hours, especially with an infant and preschooler. She then went with an awesome, local company who proved that treating your customers with the upmost respect, caring, kind and gracious conversations keeps your customers happy and retain their business for long periods of time. This company has gone downhill that's for sure. We've lived here 33 years, word of mouth is a powerful thing.”
