“5 stars doesn't nearly come close to the service We recieved from Andy at Kevin Burns Septic Services! He deserves more like 100 🌟! In a crappy situation I searched Google for Septic companies near me. I called 5 or 6 total. Two called back.. One couldn't schedule to come to my home for 3-4 days. Andy was at my home within the hour! His price quote was the cheapest! When Andy arrived he noticed i was very busy in the well house trying to "fix" a water issue i discovered. My Husband is an OTR trucker so I try my best to handle home needs. Andy explained he wasn't a well guy but he could take a look after pumping out the Septic. Once he got all set up and started pumping the Septic he gave advice and walked me through what he was doing so I understood the process and warning signs next time this issue might come up. Andy went above and beyond the job requirements and was very kind. Once the septic issue was resolved we went to the well issue to see what the problem could be. Andy discovered a few things causing our issue and had the fittings to fix it. He drove home, got his service truck and drove back to my house to help. We were outside in the rain and cold for a few hours and Andy didn't seem to mind at all. Our Well was fixed and our Septic was empty and all the THANKS go to Andy! “Posting this on both Discount Septic google pages as there appears to be two different ones to leave reviews but still the same company/owners as I think it’s worth sharing my incredible experience with Mike and Selena. I was having issues with my new septic system over the winter and was referred to them by Harry’s to have my tank pump. They came out, pumped it, and pointed out concerns they observed regarding the installation of my septic tank to report back to health department. They then came back out to hot jet my delivery line for me. Then in the spring they came out when the ground was thawed to figure out why my delivery line had froze. They figured that out but then went a step further to look at my drain field and had concerns that the drain field/septic system had not been installed properly according to permit. It was such shotty work. With this being my first home and knowing absolutely NOTHING about septic systems they took it upon themselves to ADVOCATE for me and contact my county health department (discount septic is not licensed to install in my county) to voice their concerns and to have someone come out to look at everything as it seemed I was always getting the same old spiel from the county health department supervisor. Long story short…I’ve never been more satisfied with a company. They go above and beyond and advocate when most companies do not. While I don’t live in tri-city area…I was born and raised there and will always recommend them to my family and friends who live there and will ask that they do the same. A google review just doesn’t seem like enough to show my appreciation for them and the work they do. We've had an ongoing mysterious off and on septic issue for 5yrs and had 2 other companies come out. It was time for a pump out and we had just replaced some sewer pipe ourselves (with the help of a friend) believing that was the main cause and could tell it was time anyways. It's too bad, because the guys that did the actual service were very knowledgeable and sweet. First, you have to give her your credit card or your checking account information to schedule an appointment. I thought it was just for security purposes. Nope, she processes an electronic charge immediately into your bank acount. No invoice or signed proposal. They won't allow the driver to give you an invoice or collect payment the traditional way.
