“Cy Wakeley came out on a Sunday for an emergency pump and couldn’t have been more helpful and cordial. Cy did a fantastic job and should be given a substantial pay increase! Gene Harrison helped us on our previous pump, and Gene was prompt and hard working, putting in extra effort to ensure the job was done well and safely. Three cheers for the Williams and Bay team!! Hip Hip Hooray!! Hip Hip Hooray!! Hip Hip Hooray!! I get to poop and shower today!! UPDATE: Williams and Bay now does septic installation! The team at Williams and Bay led by Corey and Cy were fantastic! They replaced my septic tank and drain field, as well as did a great job fixing the yard when it was done. Emilio and Ian were very nice and helpful, Ian even going the extra mile to separate the large stones discovered and spread the extra gravel in the driveway. Great job everyone!”

“Our home’s septic system started to overflow in the late evening. We contacted Williams Pumping Service upon the recommendation of our plumber and they were on site the next morning. They identified the problem which was the septic pump had failed and the alarm had failed also. The tanks were pumped shortly after Williams arrived and the technicians installed a new pump with a new alarm shortly thereafter. All total, the work took about 5 hours. The system is now backup and functioning as it should. The job site was restored. All personnel working on the job and whom we spoke with were friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable about their jobs and had or could obtain timely the tools and resources to do the job properly with the least disruption to our home and neighborhood. Any future problems, which I hope I do not have, will be handled by Williams Pumping. If asked for a referral, Williams Pumping will be our unqualified recommendation.”
