“I honestly have to say that Michigan Septic was no more than amazing! Our story began with gurgling sounds when I did laundry and when we flushed the toilet. We called and explained to them what was going happening. They scheduled a time to come out to run a camera through our drains & drainfield. In the meantime we had an emergency out of state and had to be away from home for 2 1/2 weeks. They worked with us on having our daughter meet them at our house so they could get this done. The outcome was a bad drainfield, which was 45 years old. They was very understanding of our situation and worked well with us on getting everything in order and ready to replace our old system. They communicated very well, which we greatly appreciated, and had no problem with us contacting them throughout the process and asking questions. Everyone we spoke with was proffessional and friendly, from the office people to the workers. They arrived around 9am and was completely finished at 5pm. The whole system was completed in one day! We had to wait on the county to issue permits before proceeding. So it took 6 1/2 weeks from beginning to end. But our new system is installed and we are back up and running! The inspector verified that we made the right decisions. He told us that he works with Michigan Septic often and that they are a very good company.
