“We were in need of a septic system pumping (~1,000 gallons) and general inspection. Called Brad's Septic & Sewer Service and didn't need to go anywhere else. The office staff was courteous and professional, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Brad, the owner, showed up on-time and was so extremely kind, helpful, and thorough. He spent time locating the tank lid, explained the process and typical system operation, and answered all of our questions. They will be back to install a riser to better access the lid during future cleanings. The price was great, the service was exceptional, and Brad and his team are a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone without hesitation.”

“Brad was absolutely amazing! I am a nurse caring for a 100 year old hospice patient and the bathtubs and showers started backing up. Toilets wouldn’t flush. We called them and he showed up at 8pm at night, after driving an hour to Northville, and worked on it until 10pm on this 107 degree day. Unbelievable service and I could not be more thankful for his kindness and understanding during this time. A true gentleman and a huge heart for our situation. He was able to get everything cleared out and give the caregivers use of the toilets again. Again, highly recommended. The price was beyond fair as well.”

“Replaced main cast iron drain in the house to the toilet flange as well. Really really good price I've used them since I bought my house in 2017 brad and all the workers are gentlemen.
