“Replaced a 100 yr old concrete block ‘tank’ right next to the foundation and installed a new leach field with this company. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was funded through The Water & Well Trust, a government program. Rhonda was excellent with the “red-tape” of the process. My experience is that not all companies will cooperate with government agencies but Full Service Septic was more than willing. The work was done as soon as the weather permitted & in a single day. They have a great rapor with the local inspector because they really know what they’re doing. Not surprising considering they have three generations in the business. They were respectful of my home and my yard/garden. These are good, honest people who work hard and make sure things get done the right way.”

“I did not have a good experience with this company. I hired them and it took weeks to get on their schedule due to rain delays which I get but Ronda never kept me in the loop. I’d reach out call wait days for a single text this is after I gave a couple grand deposit. Then they installed my system incorrectly not as designed per county. Now I’m having issues only been 2/3 months and she is stating homeowners negligence when I did everything she asked me to do. I also was supposed to have a clean out installed and they forgot that too but I paid for it. And now they are not answering when I call I should’ve taken my business elsewhere. Edit to respond to owner: my deposit was paid I waited two months with Ronda telling me we will be out here next weeks for weeks and then not even calling when they did not show. Then when they did show they brought the wrong permit even though I sent that to Ronda then they installed the system incorrectly I was only given a permit after having to sign something saying I’m going against county judgement. The owner was out here cussing out the inspector. They were supposed to install a clean out and riser and did neither. I was sooooo tired of dealing with their bs I just let it go at the time bc the owner was telling me I could take them to court and I didn’t have time or fight but other people should know about their gross negligence. Ronda only responds when she feels like it. And has never came back out here. my text with Ronda which shows days week go by with no reply after I paid my deposit her response is not true”

“Needed a septic pump line moved for a swimming pool installation. I sent my completed and approved county permit to 6 different septic services. I spoke with all of them. Only two responded with a quote once they received the permit. One of the two's quote was for half of the cost but said the pipe was extra and requested that I measure how much pipe I was going to need (which I wasn't qualified to do). Full Service Septic came out and measured before emailing me an estimate. I selected them to do the job and they did an excellent job. Great communication and top notch work. Couldn't recommend them more.”
