“We’d used a different company in past years for our service (& they were great!), but we needed our tank pumped on Friday & our guy wasn’t going to be able to get to us till Monday. We called Keith & he initially said he could get there Saturday, but he called back later Friday evening & said he could be there in an hour. He arrived when he said he would, quickly located the spot where he needed to dig, dug it up & got it pumped by 8:30pm. Found an issue that needing repairing & made plans to come Saturday afternoon to fix that. Again, right on time, repaired quickly, and filled in the hole almost as if it hadn’t been dug! “Replaced a 100 yr old concrete block ‘tank’ right next to the foundation and installed a new leach field with this company. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was funded through The Water & Well Trust, a government program. Rhonda was excellent with the “red-tape” of the process. My experience is that not all companies will cooperate with government agencies but Full Service Septic was more than willing. The work was done as soon as the weather permitted & in a single day. They have a great rapor with the local inspector because they really know what they’re doing. Not surprising considering they have three generations in the business. “I did not have a good experience with this company. I hired them and it took weeks to get on their schedule due to rain delays which I get but Ronda never kept me in the loop. I’d reach out call wait days for a single text this is after I gave a couple grand deposit. Then they installed my system incorrectly not as designed per county. Now I’m having issues only been 2/3 months and she is stating homeowners negligence when I did everything she asked me to do. I also was supposed to have a clean out installed and they forgot that too but I paid for it. And now they are not answering when I call I should’ve taken my business elsewhere. Edit to respond to owner: my deposit was paid I waited two months with Ronda telling me we will be out here next weeks for weeks and then not even calling when they did not show. Then when they did show they brought the wrong permit even though I sent that to Ronda then they installed the system incorrectly I was only given a permit after having to sign something saying I’m going against county judgement. The owner was out here cussing out the inspector. They were supposed to install a clean out and riser and did neither. I was sooooo tired of dealing with their bs I just let it go at the time bc the owner was telling me I could take them to court and I didn’t have time or fight but other people should know about their gross negligence. Ronda only responds when she feels like it. My mother had a huge hole in her front yard from water back up due to Brothers heating and air placing a septic tank that was too small and too close to her house 5 years ago.
