We called Sunday evening, got a call back before 8am Monday. Jacob was able to come out on Monday just after lunch, and the major repair started Tuesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon, we were fully functional again. The entire Transou’s team was amazing. “I highly recommend Billingsley and Brooks I was very impressed with the techs they sent out. They're very knowledgeable and able to diagnose my lateral line blockage within a matter of minutes and were able to come out the next day after I called. The following day they were able to come with a machine and dig out the necessary parts and make the repair. The price was very reasonable for the repairs they made and especially the speed they completed it. Our house has an old septic and lateral field from the 70s and I was able to show them an original drawing. With a few probes with a rod the guys were able to determine what we had in our yard didn't match the drawing and he was still able to figure out our problem, very impressive. “This company will use an excavator to dig and tear up your lawn. Plus, this guy had an attitude the whole time, and though it was necessary to drive the excavator all over my new grass. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Edit Update as 12-3 As people can see from the response, this guy has nothing but excuses and will not take responsibility. In the picture, you can see this guy drove the excavator to the far right side of the yard for no reason when the septic area is towards the far left. You can see 2x 24 by 24 inch square blocks that I placed down where the septic lids are located. I told the guy that is where he needs to dig, and he will find the lid, but he did not want to listen. I told him that 1 hole is about 12 inches down, and the other is about 15 inches down, and there is no reason to use an excavator, but he did not want to listen.
