“So I have nothing but great things to say about this company. First of all, I had a septic issue arise on a Sunday morning. I called and the dispatcher that answered was very professional and helpful. They sent a technician out way faster than I expected. Michael was amazing from start to finish. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and gave us the suggestions to fix it. His initial quote to us was spot on. We decided to move forward with the repair and asked when it could be done. He said "today". One fast call back to his office, he got the approval, and away he went. Wow, just wow. He started getting everything prepped in the pouring down rain, while his coworker was on his way with the materials needed. His partner Chase arrived and they got right to work. The weather did not make it an easy job as there was flooding going on around the area. They sent someone to snake my clean out , with no camera even though I told them specifically what I needed. Charged me $69 for a tech to drive to my house for nothing ! “Meh. Called them because of the positive reviews, won't do that again. Waited a week for an appointment to be scheduled. Poor communication. Showed up and decided the tank was too far from the end of my driveway and left. No call, no email, nothing. After 2 days of emails, they offered to come back with some extensions. I said sure, that would be fine. Next day I received an email from a 3rd person saying they wouldn't come back. My original inquiry said the risers were on the back yard and had direct access by driving over the field. I even took down part of the fence for access. They did do other homes for me, no report, no inspection, no communication. Just a pump. Called Double Duece, they arrived the same day, did a full inspection, with clear communication, and no issues driving on the field. I called Bobby and despite it being late in the day Friday and all his crews were out on jobs not within 20 miles of me, he found a way to divert one of his best guys, Terry, from a construction job, drive all the way out to my place within 2 hours of my call. Terry found my issue (bad board), repaired it, got the pump going again, charged me a reasonable fee (I'd paid 2x for a similar issue years before), gave me advice on how to keep my system running optimally, and scheduled a pump date within a few days (it had been 5+ years). “I had a major problem with my septic field after a large rain storm. I called another company first and was given the run-around (its long story). Then I called Bobby Davis Septic. I told the person on the phone what my issue was. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day. The day of my appointment I received a phone call from the repair team, letting me know they were on the way and should arrive in 30 min. Once on seen they quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work on the repair. As the repairs were ongoing they walked me through the issues found and what was being done to correct the problem. “This company is extremely difficult to deal with. I've been with this company for roughly 4 years, and their customer service is just absolutely atrocious. They always cut you off, get extremely defensive, and never try to hear us out to resolve the problems. They'll really try to test your patience. They never show up when they're supposed to & they don't ever call, text, or email you in advance to notify you of when they're coming. Even if you ask them for their assurance. They constantly post-pone the service dates. From our personal experience, it's gotten so bad to the point where our grease trap was so backed up it affected our plumbing because they never came to service us on time. At another time, their technicians didn't clean our grease traps properly it heavily affected our plumbing where our sinks and floor drains would get backed up & flood; it was an ongoing issue for a couple of months. It wasn't until we asked a friend who was a contractor to help us look into it they we saw that they never properly cleaned the inner layer of our grease trap. When we reached out for them to address it, they again got defensive & neglected to own up to the issue. I mean, isn't it your job to know what kind of trap you're cleaning to ensure it gets cleaned properly. Our service calls aren't for personal use - we use them for both of our cafes. For any individuals looking into this company, take this as a warning call. I also know for a fact that when I had searched this company originally, they had more than 2 reviews.
