“I would 100% recommend Sprinkle Septic. Our leach bed failed and we were displaced from our home for several months while obtaining a permit. Once we obtained the permit, I called 8 septic companies for a quote for repairs. Michael was the first one to respond. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He was the only company to ask if were displaced and truly seemed to care about how this was affecting our lives. Upon finding out the answer, he promptly fit us into his schedule and got to work only a few days after hiring him. We ended up needing our entire septic system replaced, yet all of the work was completed in just a few days. He was respectful of us and our property. He also would take the time to answer any and all questions that we had, ensuring that we understood what was going on and how our septic system works. His pricing was slightly higher than other quotes but it was well worth it for the quality of service that we received. Through this experience, he has gained a customer for life. I will never call any other septic company for repairs or even just to routinely pump the tank.”

“I called on Dec 24th and got an appointment for the 26th. Mike and his son were both friendly, professional, and courteous. They did an excellent job of digging up my septic tank cover, pumping my tank, flushing the tank out at the end to ensure it was as empty as they could get it, then re-covering the hole in the ground over the lid afterward so that the ground was back at the same level as before the dig without a mound. They also rinsed their pump hose in my tank before putting it back on the truck, and rolled it back up in such a way, so that it didn't leave a sludge spill on the lawn. They also rinsed off the driveway with a garden hose where some of the waste water had dripped from the hoses after they put them back on the truck. They're priced at the upper end of the range for this area, but they do a great job, especially if you care about details like I do and are particular about your property. Would recommend. A few cons, which I discussed with Mike, & he's open to flexing on: 1) ramming multiple times with a huge metal ram on the top of my tank lid to break the seal before opening; I'd rather not risk cracking my lid, rather use a bar and shovel to pry it open; 2) using a hook to lift the cover, which in one way is a great idea; I prefer a shovel to avoid chipping the underside of the lid, or else wrapping the end of the hook in tape or some other way to avoid chipping the lid over the years with the hook; 3) blowing sewage water back into the tank at the end in order to break up sludge & flush it, prefer to use fresh water to avoid introducing unknown solid/liquid substances into system; in my case, our waste water was all his truck was holding so non issue this time; 4) he did text me to change the appointment to 2 hrs earlier, which I don't like, but he was flexible when I was unable; 5) he won't accept any liability for damage to driveway by his truck.”

“I have been using Septic Sprinkle Service for my septic maintenance needs for at least 15 years, and have always been very pleased with the quality of the service work and Mike's willingness to explain what he is doing and why. When I discovered that our entire system needed to be replaced I wanted Sprinkle Septic to do the work. It took a long time to get done (pandemic!) but I am very happy with the outcome, and I am confident that everything was done well. It can be difficult to get a return phone call from this business, and that is frustrating, but the quality of the work and the value for money is hard to beat.”

“Update 05/28/ 2021: Sprinkle Septic Tank Co. made contact and completed the service that was requested. Thanks, Mrs. Johnson This company is not reliable and very unprofessional!! I had them come do a job that was never rendered. Someone came out and promised to come back the following week because the guy said that he couldn't do the job by himself and would need the assistance of his brother. This company never contacted me back. I had to constantly call them to see when someone would eventually come back out to my home. My name and # was taking down several times to be contacted back .. but still yet no call or service rendered like promise. I will never call or recommend this company again.”

“Very impressed with Mr. Sprinkles customer service. Met me when it was convenient at 5pm to look at my issue. He explained everything I needed in detail and why. He also reminded me to check to see if my septic pump that needed replacing was under warranty before getting a new one. The price was fair and he left me with a peace of mind about the septic services he provided for my home. Definitely recommend!”
