“Do not discount the power of small business. These folks are so good at what they do. Courtesy calls prior to the appointment. They called when they were an hour out. So frustrating when other businesses tell you they could show within a 6 hour window and "just appear". Not with Bob's septic. This is the 2nd time we have used their services. They showed my wife the issue and why our septic system was getting clogged. They didn't have to do that but it was really appreciated. All "organic" good business and we will not stray. Also, very reasonable pricing! Happy Wednesday!”

“Bob’s Septic Tank Service in Sunbury, Ohio is the best around in the area that they service; I have used their service for many years and have always been satisfied. My home has its original septic tank system (1967), and they have always provided the best in septic tank service when it is necessary. They are expedient, professional, friendly, and worked quickly to empty our Septic Tank for the next many months. Because I had a drainage line blockage, they also tried to “suck” the blockage out, to no avail (grease build-up), so I had another company come out the next day to take care of that issue. All now is well! I can speak from experience, good plumbing is a blessing (I’m the son of a Plumber)! Many thanks to this reputable company that “Aims to Please”! “First my experience with Bob's septic service was fantastic and thorough for septic tank pumping. I could not use my normal company that I had used previously due to the tank being full and Bob's could come out 5 days sooner. For arrival asked questions where the tank covers are at and if it's a leach field. Since I had a full tank tech told me once pumping below the pipe entrance to flush all the toilets in the house to clear my lines. (Last time I pumped my tank it was also mostly full to the sewage drain pipe inside the tank and that tech never even advised for me to flush toilets to clear the lines.) Second after pumping tech called me over to show me an empty tank but to listen as there was rainfall noise of water coming into tank from the leach field. Her name an effort to show me this as it is normal to happen during have winters and rains. I really appreciated both techs as they made sure I understood what to do and basic maintenance. I am a newish homeowner and really appreciate efforts like these from local business as it is not a subscription or fee to share knowledge for prevention with their customers. Again at least for my experience I was blown away by them responding quickly and for being so knowledgeable and ensuring customers understand their systems before they leave. You won't go wrong with the team I got, plus they were local to my area which for me is another bonus to support local business. 🤝 And most importantly made sure I understood care and maintenance on my system. Will be using them from now on.”

“I’m likely biased because Bob’s Septic is who I’ve used for the entirety of my 17 years in my house (and who the prior owner used) but, this outfit IS THE BEST. Starting with Tiffany who is uber responsive, cheerful and professional to her brother who came out to inspect a potential structural issue (in 100 degree summer heat) on the same day I called (because they were “in the neighborhood” - their cheerfulness and professionalism is just uncommon and other worldly and I’m not always this easy to please. Thank you!”
