“I wish I could rate 0 stars but I can’t. I had this company come service my house and specifically told them to not for around because they would get stuck. Obviously they didn’t listen and got their truck stuck for days!! They even left the truck on!!! Being the cheap people they are they decided to try many ways to get it unstuck on varo different trips and days which destroyed my land. They finally gave in and payed another company to get them unstuck but like I said they left my land absolutely messed up. They came later to only empty out 1 of my tanks and still charged me for the full service. They never came back to finish the job after saying they would and I called many times and even went to the office to tell them to finish the job they started and to fix my land since they destroyed it. I was completely devastated ignored by phone and in the office and now they have been avoiding me for months saying they don’t service my house anymore because “they lost money trying to”. It has been months and I finally got my tank emptied out by Hugo’s Septic Service and he did an amazing job, I called at 11am, he got here at 1 and finished at 2….. what took Ivan’s company to do (half assed) in weeks took Hugo 1 hour!!!! “Be warned! Highly unprofessional business. There is a lot of details that could go into this review but I will summarize it below. Review on Owner/Driver Overview. - disrespectful towards women (only preformed "service" and effectively communicated to a male friend whom I asked to be present after he drove off and refused to service my RV the first time when I was alone) - 1.5 hours late with no update, courtesy call or apology (vague information given when I called for status update,rude about the conversation on his late arrival) -avoided responsibility for his actions (denied his role as the owner and main person that received my appointment information) - did not properly empty my tank (my tank was completely full after his service) - rejected my calls after payment for the "service" receive (the man basically stole my money.
