We bought our Las Cruces home in February. The previous owners minimally answered any disclosure questions so we had no idea what was done maintenance-wise. We came from Phoenix and Arizona's Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) requires that any home sale on septic to have the tank pumped. We owned a house on septic for 30 years so we know a thing or two about septic systems. New Mexico does have this requirement on home sales but we wanted to see how things are working. Let me tell you, I learned a few things about septic systems from Hector. This man knows his ... as he calls it... Mud! These guys are 5 star plus. Very personable and customer-focused.
