Heather from Rooter Man text me SAME DAY that Americon was here trying to set me up with an immediate appointment with a plumber. She got me booked for the very next day! My plumber, Evan, showed up promptly right as the two hour window began, and was so personable and kind. He assessed my issue and determined he needed to make a run to the hardware store first so he could do the job same day. He ended up replacing about 16 inches of my corroded supply line. He worked so diligently, and explained to me what he did to correct the issue. He spoke to me (a single mom) respectfully and concisely. His cleanup was if he was never here. What a wonderful and smooth process this was for me- I took their card to recommend them- and use them again!”
