“We were having issues with our septic, called them and they had someone out the next day. Maddie was our technician - she was GREAT!! I had a lot of questions, and she was more than happy to explain everything. Will definitely use them again!”

“Called in the morning for an estimate on a repair, was happy to hear that the aerator was actually still under warranty and that there would be no charge or service call fee. Was told that someone would be out the next day. Later the same day a technician called stating they were 20 minutes away. He told me the repair was not actually under warranty and would be $450 and $150 service call since I am not under contract with them. I called their office back, explained the situation and Robin apologized for the incorrect information given to me in the morning and I was ok with the new $600 estimate. The technician did the work and told me that because I was not under contract with them and they were not accepting contracts their company would not be able to maintenance the aerator in the future and the actual total was $780. From $600 to $780 instead of free under warranty work! I told him since they couldn't work on it I should have my contracted company install it, all I had called for in the morning was an estimate. Then I was asked to pay for the $150 service call and the aerator that was working poorly before they came out doesn't work at all now. They should have been more upfront about all of this before sending someone out, I didn't know anything about needing to be under contract with them for repair work.”

“Total hacks! Do not use this company! I hired a contractor for my septic and he hired these hacks to do electrical. Six months later saying they were never at my house and refusing to come out to look at their wiring. The secretary’s in the office are awful! I swore at them in the heat of the moment but who wouldn’t when they think they run the company. Please look at reviews and use another company for your septic replacement and wiring. Thank you!”

“Technician came out a few months late for a final inspection per a contract we had. When she was done, she tried to scare us about getting the tank pumped within 14 days and to call them to extend a new maintenance contract. If not we would be reported to the county. I called the same day over a week ago and still no callback. Please don’t tell me to call your company if you won’t have the courtesy to call me back. 1-star for 1) the scare tactic attempted while at my home and 2) not being available to speak to me or return a call.”

“Do not use this company for anything. They installed our septic system 2 years ago and we have had nothing but problems. They will not send someone out to fix it. The alarm goes off every time it rains cause the tanks leak rain water into them and it cant handle all the water so we have to turn the pump on manually every time it rains. The rain is coming in from the electrical lines the stubbed into the tanks crooked and did not seal properly. Total hacks that take your money and run. The do not warranty the work.”
