“I inherited a property and wanted checked out for any potential problems. David came and was very professional. Looked over the current septic and made me aware of a couple issues. Offered to have an estimate sent but wasn’t at all pushy. Was very happy with his professionalism and knowledge. Had repairs done to an aged septic system. Actually cost less than they estimated! “Tyler was a pleasure to meet and work with. He was thorough and explained his findings each step of the way. Once again past work raised its ugly head as the hose connecting the air motor to the sensor was not connected but the unit was muted so no alarm was noticed. No one has been in the control panel except ASI technicians so that fact it was not connected is an issue with past work by ASI The UV light was not working but jiggling the wires corrected it so Tyler recommended changing both the bulbs and ballast.”
