“well, I’m not a customer at this business and I don’t know that I would want to be at this point. If they hire the type of individuals that I ran into today, I’d rather do business elsewhere. One of the employees did not like what I was doing, and called me a bunch of names and treating me very poorly. I simply told him you don’t know me. I’m lucky to be alive. Told him I was more than welcome to have a conversation with him if he would be willing to pull over and discuss the issue I was just a dumb bum! In the last six months, I have lost my home and my vehicle Which caused me to not be able to work at this moment. I would love nothing more than to go back to work, but this individual had no clue he was just too busy judging me. currently, I go through medical treatments, which has caused a lot of lost movement in both of my hands, making it very hard to do many every day tasks. So my point of this review is the employees of this business should have a little bit more compassion and understanding, considering they work with customers I’m sure on a daily basis so the type of interaction I received today from an individual who doesn’t even know me I would be very unlikely to recommend or do business with this company.”

“We had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning and needed the septic tank pumped ASAP. After the pleasant phone call to the shop... they were at my door step within a half an hour. It took him longer than he expected but he stayed and got the job done. Afterwards he gave me an evaluation report that the Board of Health requires and left me with two quotes to get it fixed (no pressure). This company is about people and I like that, it's a hard thing to find these days. I want to thank them again for dropping everything to come help me on a Saturday!!”

“Our septic system backed up and failed on a Friday. The first 4 or 5 plumbers I found couldn't work on our system, couldn't get out for a few days, didn't even know anyone I could call to work on our system. I called Judge's on a Sunday and the owner came out a few hours later. He assessed the damage to my septic system and got me to a point I could get by until he got me pumped out the next day. I couldn't be happier at this point. I'm going to let him fix the rest of the system and sign me to a annual service contract.”

“I would not recommend this company at all worst business I've dealt with Mr Judge is not the type of good business man you want working on your Septic System! Took my money for years while doing half the job !! Called another company and found out this !! No more troubles ! Saving money now !!”
