“Automatic septic and wall came out and put a new point in for us along with a pump and new pressure gauge, when they installed the pump and gauge they installed it wrong and did not put enough pressure in it and it burnt up, therefore causing the whole inside to melt in the pump. When we called them and told them that we had low water pressure that things were not working properly, they came back out a WEEK later and realized that it burnt up. Luckily, it did not burn my house down. After replacing the pump we still did not have good water pressure (so of course we shut the water off AGAIN) called them back out which of course was another couple of days. Well, Come to find out they did not put any pressure into the new pump AGAIN to get the water flowing so if we would not have called them back out they would’ve burnt up another pump. And after all the issues I called them because they sent me bill for a pump and they explained that they were not covering it under warrantee because it burnt up! Why should I have to pay for another pump when the installation was done incorrectly? Do not use these guys they’re a joke!! If one of my customers called for an issue I would never treat them this way!!!”

Leroy was on time, courteous and professional. Explained everything he was doing. Replaced a frayed wire on the pump and also replaced a failing pressure switch.
