He addressed the issue and then did a good once-over on the system and recommended a gasket kit that he thought may be covered by the warranty. A truly great experience and when asked about his time with the company, we couldn't believe it was his first day working for them. An real asset to your company!!!!”

“In preparation for the Thanksgiving Cooking Marathon, I decided to buy a new gas range from the Big Orange Box Store and paid for delivery and installation. The stove was delivered on Saturday without incident, until it came to the installation. “Chuck came in, introduced himself. Covered his boots with booties to protect my rug. He explained exactly what was wrong and why my toilet had a very slow leak. He also replaced the valve to shut off the water, which leaked when I turned it off. In and out within an hour. Very friendly, very courteous to me as the homeowner.
