“One star because of my profound disappointment regarding the recent experiences with the portable restroom services at our remodeling sites located in residential areas. One morning at 6:30 AM, a service vehicle arrived to service the unit located behind the driveway gate. Given the residential setting, such early service calls are not ideal. Upon contacting your company to adjust the service schedule, I left multiple messages, none of which were returned by management. After numerous attempts, I managed to speak with a representative who unfortunately was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. Consequently, I requested the removal of both units. Despite my repeated requests, I was unable to speak with anyone in a supervisory role, nor did I receive any follow-up. This level of service falls short of professional standards, and I am disappointed by the apparent lack of willingness to address and resolve the issue.”
