And They pumped my sewer and unclogged my drain with less then 24 hours notice. My parents have been using them for service for 20+ years, and now because of such great service for my parents and such great service today , I will also be a forever customer to this buisness! “We had our breaker trip to the septic tank. Peterman Brothers were quick to come out and evaluate the problem, which turned out to be faulty electrical work by another septic company. They quickly fixed the issue and brought it up to safe, working order. Very pleased and highly recommend their service!”

“This company misquoted us. Stating it would cost $350 to empty our septic tank. They then charged us $670. They charged us for "inspecting" our tank when we did not ask for this service. They removed our septic pump cutting the electrical wiring and then left the pump disconnected. The gentleman that was here stated the pump "was working but about to go bad" and the quoted us $1900 for a new pump. The price would be higher if we needed our tank drained prior to installation. We have since priced around and it will cost us approximately $600 for a new pump and installation. When we originally called we requested an appointment as soon as possible. We were given a Saturday date and time but it was never expressed to us that this would be considered an emergency and we would be charged and emergency fee. When we called to express our discontent and expressed that they had lost a customer we were told "so what". Unprofessional, dishonest, and money hungry!”
