“We loved working with Phillips guys, especially Paul, with Choo Choo Rooter. We bought our home last summer and the septic tank had not been pumped for 21 + years. They came out after a septic company was unable to locate our septic tank to be able to pump it. They found the general area with a cool machine (usually it is a more accurate location but in our case, it is partially under the deck). They quoted what it would be to take up part of the deck but continued to search just in case it was not fully under the deck. Luckily, they found the entry point was just barely shy of the deck and it dropped our estimate by about half. Paul kept us informed every step of the way, and even rebuilt our retaining wall after installing a riser and lid to make future pumping easier. On top of it all, when we had to leave the home during the work hours, Philip and Paul were very understanding and let us get back to them the very next day as family was in town. They’re a great family owned small business, they stand by their work and they trust the people they serve to do their part and pay for services rendered. We will use them in the future!”
